Slow Cooker Salted Caramel Moonshine

Ingredients

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup brown sugar - packed

1/4 cup salted caramel flavored syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups Everclear

2 ounces caramel vodka

Directions

Combine in the slow cooker & whisk well:
- water
- brown sugar
- flavored syrup
- vanilla extract

Cover & cook on high 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove insert from the cooker, uncover & allow to cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, stir in Everclear & vodka.

Transfer to mason jars or bottles.

Store in a cool, dark place.
